THE
RESIDENTS

   'The Residents' is a fictional story based on the ghost legends and historical events of The Lyceum Theatre in Crewe. The theatre has a very interesting past and whilst researching, I discovered my world of imagination and possibilities began to weave through the facts and documentation.

   Due to a devastating fire in 1910, the theatre had to be completely rebuilt in 1911, and although there is no actual explanation for the cause, I felt that the beauty and art that has for so long given such passion and entertainment, deserved a tale of their own. 

   The Residents' is a story of love, loss and secrets that hopefully, will add a new layer of interest to an already incredible and well-loved Theatre.
